Shipping Policies

All orders placed by 12 noon (CT) will ship same day.
* Subject to product availability and freight carrier restrictions. 

All hazardous materials must be shipped with a freight trucking company due to regulations.

Orders must be inspected at the time of delivery for damages that may have occurred in transit.

If damage is present on your load:

Note all damages in writing on both copies of the delivery receipt prior to signing the release
Take photo’s of the damages and e-mail them to groundfxflooring@gmail.com
If the entire load is damaged beyond repair, refuse the entire load and send it back with the driver and do not sign the release
